I'm not sure where the best place for the pumpkin information is. I've added it to a subsection for now. MagicManICT

Tier requirements

I think the requirements for every tier for the bars should be in the table. Like Tier 1 (0% - ??%) | Tier 2 (??% - ??%) ....

I have produced T2 and working on T3 at the minute and have found that half of any influence bar consumed provides a new tier. This is also quantitative, thus if you have 25% in 0 and 25% in 1 and you plant cotton you will get a T2 crop (0 + 1 = 50% overall influence). This has been fairly consistent on our farm (save the random people fertilizing my damn crops >.<). I also believe that one of the 2 strains it draws from will specify which of the 2 crops it will be come, as a 100% 0 and a 0% 1 will yield different strains then that of a 50/50% split. More testing underway... just making a fence now to prevent muddy waters. --Illian.amerond 19:29, 29 May 2012 (CDT)

Further comments

Also, yes, I think the percentages should be on there for what points the fields change tiers. I think it's evenly divided, though, and t1 is 0%, t2 is 25%, t3 is 50% and t4 is 75%. MagicManICT 18:00, 4 May 2012 (CDT)

If the section on building Tilled Fields needs editing, do so on it's own page. I've set it up so that Agriculture automatically updates based on the information on Till Field. - Rushmik 00:29, 10 May 2012 (CDT)

Not really bothersome, but shouldn't we do two separate pages for Farming and Agriculture? I find it would be better organized. --Emo Panda 15:34, 16 May 2012 (CDT)

Is farming really separate from the skill Agriculture? You could do separate pages for it, but all the information needs to be presented somewhere. --MagicManICT

++ Fertilizers & Field Values: Discovered Fertilizers do not stack on diminishing returns heap until they overlap their purpose. In this you can use Hummus, Wood Chippings and Coal all at max value the first time each. When you use any Fertilizer that reproduces any other used fertilizer bonus then you receive diminishing returns.

Proof: On 2 separate fields A and B place 1 Hummus in A and 1 Lime in B. Record the results, then place 1 Hummus in A and B and record the results, you will find that the Influence gain for crop B is the same as A's first placement of Hummus.

Further, I have been trying to record when the fertilizers refresh for maximum use over the grow time. I have found that you can place a stack of 5 in each fertilization category (Wood Chippings, Hummus, Coal x 5) and again every 6 hours or so for greater returns... still working to nail down how this works as it suggests the fields are using the fertilizer/healing the diminishing returns over time and not just at harvest. --Illian.amerond 13:37, 29 May 2012 (CDT)
