Steel Shovel is faster than both a 
Wooden Shovel and 
Metal Shovel.
A Steel Shovel can be carried in either a 
Journeyman Toolbelt, 
Novice Toolbelt, or the 
Master Toolbelt, additionally it can be stored in a 
Wooden Toolbox.
Axes
Equipping a Shovel allows you to 
Dig. The better the Shovel the faster it Digs. Shovels also speed up the time it takes to
