About
To get its Shellback Shell you'll have to kill its current owner, the 
Swift Shellback. [[Burnt Shellback|Burning}} it won't work. It must be starved or poisoned. To do these, leave a Swift Shellback in a Container for 1 to 3 months or feed it lots of 
Flame Azaleas.
While normally used to blow up Boulders, a 
Boomstick can also be used to blow up Shellback Shells. To do so select your Boomstick from your inventory and right-click it on a source of Fire, such as a lit 
Torch or 
Fireplace. This will turn your Boomstick into a 
Lit Boomstick. You must now quickly select your Lit Boomstick and right-click it onto a Shellback Shell and choose Blow it up, to receive 7x 
Shell Fragments. You will also get a very light 
Bleed debuff.
WARNING! Letting a Lit Boomstick explode in your inventory will do Blood damage to you.
