About A Scarecrow is obtained from the Store bought Harvest Pack. A Scarecrow changes appearance based on the Season. If a Crow lands anywhere on your Tilled Field, it will increase that Field's Upkeep to 600%. A Scarecrow, when placed nearby, will prevent Crows from landing on your Tilled Fields. A Scarecrow has a 24 tile radius, much larger than a Questionably Effective Scarecrow. Caution: Once placed, a Scarecrow cannot be moved.
