Swooshing through the air it comes, laughing, singing, and rejoicing just to be alive.

Select Vessel of Potable Water and right-click it on a Bar of Bubbly Soap or Bar of Rose Scented Soap to receive a Cloud of Lather. This can be done 4x times before the Bar of Bubbly Soap is fully consumed. Each time you do this there is a chance to receive a Rainbow Soap Bubble instead.

NOTE: A Bar of Bubbly Soap can no longer be sold at the Vendor Stalls if you have used it to make any Cloud of Lathers.
