Press and select "Press". To extract the Oil, select a Vessel from your inventory and right-click it on the Press. Pumpkinseed Oil counts as 
Vegetable Oil in recipes. Pumpkinseed Oil is made at a rate of .75 Liters per 10 Seeds.
