Hunting & Gathering	Caps foraged herbs purity
Law & Lore	Law & Lore now gives a random bonus when you place money in a bell or claimstone. The higher Law & Lore, the more extra authority you receive when filling claims.
Mines & Mountains	Increasing your value in Mines & Mountains reduces your risk of falling when climbing, and also the damage you take when you do fall. Caps Quarried stone and foraged minerals purity. Reduces the risk of cave-ins when mining. Mines & Mountains now increases your chances of removing higher yield Lime Boulders.
Pots & Pans	caps Dug-out, natural clay purity.
Sparks & Embers	Reduces the chance of your Tinder Drill breaking.
Stocks & Cultivars	Increasing your value in Stocks & Cultivars increases the maximum amount of plenty that will be randomly added to fields when you plant them. It also increases your chance of successfully getting a tree sprouting and getting a cutting from a tree with Forestry.
Sugar & Spice	Sugar & Spice now reduces your gluttony timer every three consecutive points gained in a gluttony session.
Thread & Needle
Natural Philosophy	Increases your chance of successfully getting a tree sprouting with Forestry.

This is worded slightly wrong: it increases the chance of getting a successfull cutting from a tree, rather than successfully getting a cutting from a tree. Tests have shown that the proficiencies of the person to take the cuttings also matter in survival percentages.
