Frontier & Wilderness	Increasing your value in Frontier & Wilderness decreases the wear on your Fishing Equipment. Also increases your chance of successfully getting a cutting from a tree. Caps fish purity
Hammer & Nail	Increases the number of boards that can be obtained by a single log
Hunting & Hideworking	Caps foraged herbs purity
Law & Lore	Law & Lore now gives a random bonus when you place money in a bell or claimstone. The higher Law & Lore, the more extra authority you receive when filling claims. You also get better deals when negotiating with the judge.
Mines & Mountains	Increasing your chance to dig out granite from a quarry and also decreases the hardness of ruble and gems.
Herbs & Sprouts	Increases the yield from gardening.
Sparks & Embers	Gives a bonus to the maximum amount of coal a burnt coal clamp will provide.
Stocks & Cultivars	Increasing your value in Stocks & Cultivars increases the maximum amount of plenty that will be randomly added to fields when you plant them.
Sugar & Spice	Sugar & Spice now reduces your gluttony timer every three consecutive points gained in a gluttony session.
Thread & Needle	Decreases crafted clothing difficulty.
Natural Philosophy	Increases your chance of successfully getting a tree sprouting with Forestry. Increases the Inspiration given by potions.

This is worded slightly wrong: it increases the chance of getting a successfull cutting from a tree, rather than successfully getting a cutting from a tree. Tests have shown that the proficiencies of the person to take the cuttings also matter in survival percentages.
