A Plymouth Rock Sash is a Gadget Belt with 8 slots.

Gadget Belts are worn on the Waist and give you additional slots which can hold Gadgets such as Blowdarts, Rattler Serum, Serpent Serum, and Tiny Pocketwatchs. Items placed in a Gadget Belt have their weight reduced, don't prevent you from Fast Travelling, and are not lost if you are Knocked Out.
