Phlegm

About

Phlegm is one of the four Humours.

It is used for activities like:

• Crafting.
• the Movement actions Forage and Wander.
• the Adventure action Destroy.

Phlegm is drained until zero when Poisoned and at a level of zero the character becomes knocked out.

Phlegm will increase over time after being used, but it can be repleneshed more quickly by eating food.

In addition, your current Phlegm value determines how much damage you do when destroying objects.

Since destroying drains your Phlegm you might come to a point where your Phlegm is so low that you can't overcome the Soak Value of an object, doing no damage at all.
