About

Phlegm is one of the four Humours.
It is used for activities like:

Phlegm is drained until zero when Poisoned and at a level of zero the character is KO.
Foods raise Phlegm and it raises very slowly over time while doing nothing too.
In addition, your current Phlegm value determines how much damage you do when destroying objects.
Since destroying drains your Phlegm you might come to a point where your Phlegm is so low that you can't overcome the Soak Value of an object, doing no damage at all.
