To load a 
Pignatta Pole, select a Loot Pignatta from your inventory and right-click into the an empty Pinata Pole. To break open a Loot Pignatta equip a 
Blindfold onto your Face slot and select a 
Wooden Handle and right-click it on the now hanging Loot Pignatta. You may miss and have to try a few times. If you manage to break it open you'll get some Candies as a prize.
