Allows you to steal items placed upon a claim. Warning: This does leave scents.

Have things gone missing around the homestead lately? Perchance were they misplaced? Mayhaps you are growing old, with little pieces of memory daily slipping ever away from within the hitherto safe & sacred confines of your mind? Unto those who will not be growing old Larceny grants the ability to steal items from Homesteaded property.
Note: Your homestead (lean-to or claim stone) can be looted even if your character is offline. If a player has access to your homestead, they can therefore steal from your inventory and the items equipped on your character. If in addition your character appears in Providence upon login whereas you logged out elsewhere, it means that your homestead has been destroyed (his automatically removes your inventory contents and gear).
