Obtained by chance from the Mystery Tool Box or with certainty from the Tailor's Pack.
Scissors allow you to remove slotted Artifacts from clothing.
In order to unslot Artifacts, you need to make sure the scissors are equpiped and select Craft Rags. This will destory the clothing.
Getting the Artifacts back is not garunteed - the better the scissors Keen value, the greater the chance of a successful unslotting. Hinchliffe Scissors is 70% Keen.
