Golden Eggs can be received rarely when Butchering a March Hare. The chance of receiving this item increases once you've learned the Viscera & Bits Skill. Additionally, Golden Eggs lain by a Golden Goose, pulled from a Pot of Gold, or melting 0.48kg of Goldflakes over a lit Crucible.

A Golden Egg can be placed inside a lit Kiln for several hours to produce a Gold Brick of Biddas. 25x Golden Eggs can be melted into a Gold Bar over a lit Crucible. When using a Crucible there is a chance to receive a Prince Rupert's Drop in addition to the item you are crafting. Each Golden Egg is worth roughly 40 Silver Pieces.
