Obtained by chance from the Mystery Tool Box or with certainty from the Farmer's Pack.
Speeds the tilling of fields greatly and reduces Phlegm cost. Can be used to Tend a field, reducing it's Upkeep down to 20%, you will need Plantation Management before doing so.
Note that the field needs to be growing before you can Tend it.
