A  Cow Udder is obtained by chance when Butchering a  Cow. The chance of receiving this item increases once you've learned the Viscera & Bits Skill. Right-clicking a Cow Udder and selecting "Drain" will give you 10 liters of  Milk. An empty Vessel, or one already containing Milk must be in your inventory when Draining a Cow Udder, otherwise the Blood will be lost. This will destroy the Cow Udder, for this reason it is best to Drain a Cow Udder on its last use.
