About
The Compost bin is used to create Humus, an item necessary to grow crops. Before crops can be planted, the field must be prepared by placing Humus on it.
To produce Humus, fill the Compost bin with a variety of items. Over time, the bin produces one Humus as long as there is material to be composted. The amount of material remaining in the bin to compost is indicated by the red progress bar on the right of the window. Items that can be placed in the Compost bin are: any mushroom, any plant, any berry, any meat, any seeds, Wood Choppings, any food item.
To fill a Compost Bin:
Raw Venison Steaks: 4 points
Raw Beaver Steak: 4 points
Seaweed: 3 points each
Raw Beaver Cut: 2 points
Raw Venison Cut: 2 points
Witch's Hat: 2 points
Autumn Grass: 1 point
Meat Shreds: 1 point
Devil's Wort: 1 point
Common Earthworm: 1 point each
- Values are multiplied by Purity; Ex: A 2.3 purity seaweed will yield 6 points instead of 3.
