Candies are not a food group per-se, but are a type of food which generally restores other food groups by 50% with 50% chance.

Originally Candies could only be obtained from Candy Baskets or by cracking a Pink Easter Egg, but can now be obtained by playing a game with the Pignatta Pole or by gathering them from a Gingerbread House.
