About
Increases a towns claim size by 31x31 tiles. Expanding by 15 tiles north, east, south & west from where the Boundary Stone is built.
Increases the town's upkeep cap by +45. Thus increasing the town's bell consumption rate (Rate unknown).
Note that you can only build authority objects within a village claim, and therefore you must have already constructed a town bell to construct and make use of this object.
