Right-clicking a 
Argopelter Heart and selecting "Drain" will give you .5 liters of Blood of Argopelter. An empty Vessel, or one already containing Blood of Argopelter must be in your inventory when Draining a Argopelter Heart, otherwise the Blood will be lost. This will destroy the Heart.
