About With the Bark Gathering skill learned, Birch Bark can be harvested by right-clicking a Birch Tree and selecting "Peel Bark", similar Willow Bark can be harvested from a Willow Tree. While Birch and Willow Bark will eventually re-grow, it is generally much faster to Chop down your Tree and Re-Plant it.
