Select a Vessel of Potable Water and right-click it onto a Bar of Rose Scented Soap to receive a Cloud of Lather. This can be done 4x times before the Bar of Bubbly Soap is fully consumed. Each time you do this there is a chance to receive a Rainbow Soap Bubble instead.
