Corn Meal is produced from milling Seeds of Corn at a windmill. There are 4 kinds of Cornmeal, depending on the variety of Corn milled:
Recipes that call for Any Cornmeal can, unsurprisingly, use any of these. You will usually use Yellow Cornmeal though, because it is the easiest to come by.
