About
Branches can be harvested from any Tree, once you have learned the Survival Skills Skill. Occasionally, when Picking Branches, you will obtain a Broken Bough or, if Picking from a Willow Tree, a 
Willow Switch, instead. A Broken Bough can be used in the place of a Branch in recipes. There is no limit to how many Branches can be collected from any one Tree, you will simply Pick until your inventory is full or you click away.
Alternatively Broken Bough can be obtained when Butchering a LumberLord.
