Construct a Trial By Combat to being a Trial against and enemy homestead. The Trial begins a few hours after it has been constructed. A Trial may be ended in the first one hour with the plaintiff being sent to the stockades. If the Trial by Combat is destroyed, the Trial immediately ends and the accused is found innocent.
Once the Trial is underway, any homestead under the trial with active scents maybe be summoned as if the Trial itself were his homestead.
Murder may be summoned after four hours. Waste may be summoned after eight hours. Revenge may be summoned after ten hours. Larceny maybe summoned after twelve hours. Aggravated Assault after twenty four hours.
