About
Whipping CriminalsWith the Sanctioned Mortification Skill learned and a Whip equipped, right-clicking on any of the Stocks which a criminal is locked up in, gives you the option to "Whip" them. Whipping a criminal will deal permanent damage to their Humours. This damage is determined by the Whipper's Justice Score and is increased if the criminal is offline. Whipping damage will not cause a criminal's Humours to drop lower than 5. Whipping a criminal adds 100 Justice Points and getting Whipped adds a small amount of Insanity.
