Woodblocks. After approximately 3 weeks, A Tree Stump will become a Hollow Stump. If the Tree was a Spruce Tree, when Destroyed, a Spruce Tree Stump will give 
Spruce Roots in addition to Woodblocks. Spruce Roots counts as a 
Fibre in recipes.
