When dried in a Drying Frame after 2 days it will turn into Red-Finned Mullet.
When butchering Any Fish for fish filets there is also a chance to receive a Swim Bladder, Rainbow Scales, or The Elusive Last Bone.
Butchering fish also result in a Fish Skeleton.
