The wiki code to add to categories is the same for all MediaWiki software...

The code you used is to display a link to a category, next time don't add a double-colon infront of the 'Category', if you want to "add to" instead of "display link to" :)

Also please stop using old templates for items, we're converting to {{SetProp}}+{{Infobox}} nowerdays...
