Literacy allows you to read books, to write on signs and parchments, and also increases your inspiration rate. About Literacy is an Education Skill which increases your passive rate of Inspiration regeneration by 0.1 per second and allows you to build and read Wooden Signs. Education Skills Education Skills increase your passive rate of Inspiration regeneration each second. This rate stacks so learning all three Skills will increase your Inspiration regeneration rate by .7 per second.
