Making Yellow Tea Leaves is a bit tricky. Buy Tea Leaves in Providence or pick it from Tea Bush and place them in a Drying Frame for about 1 hour. They will become Yellow Tea Leaves. They will dry further into Black Tea Leaves. So, you must keep a close eye on their progress.
