Use this Writ upon an imprisoned pilgrim to release him from his bondage.
About
To release someone from the Stocks you will have to negotiate with the Providence Judge for their release. The actual amount of Silver required is random(?), but never more than 2000 Silver.
Once you have paid the Judge then a Writ of Habeas Corpus will be placed in your inventory. To use it you must pick it up and Right-Click the stock with the criminal you want released, this will bring up the option to do so.
The criminal will however have to spend at least 2 hours in the stocks before the writ can be used.
NOTE: (This item does currently not function as it should, you MUST use the pardon bought at the IOU stall) You must click on the stock and not on the character, as the character have different interactions than the stock itself.
