If multiple pilgrims get swallowed, they will all appear in the same stomach. In the Stomach there will be a small place where you can dismount your Canoe and enter the only way out - though its intestines. The intestines is a large labyrinth with lots of dead ends and piles of excrement and Ambergris will block your way. You will have to [[Dig]] your way through to get to the exit.

Digging through the excrement will add [[Insanity]], which will very rapidly add up in [[Madness]] levels, unless you do something to lower your insanity such as smoking {{i|Tobacco}} or [[Drink|Drinking]] {{i|Milk}}. The way out will look the same way as the way in. Once you are out you will need to [[Swimming|Swim]] your way back to land as you will not be able to un-equip your Canoe. As Sperm Whales are still traveling while you are inside, you may exist considerably far from where you were swallowed.
