About
Wells are structures used for obtaining 
Potable Water. To get Potable Water from a Well select a Vessel from your inventory and right-click it on the Well to fill that Vessel.
A Well must be built on a Well Node, found by Prospecting with a 
Woo-Woo-Wand.
