Can be be found sometimes when Rummaging in an Abandoned Bird's Nest.
Can be cracked open while having an empty liquid vessel in your inventory (not backpack) and will result in 0.05L of Raw Egg Yolks. Drinking it will give the Mighty Muscles buff that will temporarily increase your max carry weight.
Recipes made with a Sparrow egg restore the Nuts & Seeds food group.
