Received by chance from the Mystery Music Box. Requires the Musician skill to be played. Requires the Aeolian skill to change Biomes. For more information see the Music page.
Playing a Skin Flute will change the area around you to the ? Biome.
Playing an instrument reduces Insanity, specifically playing a Mystery Music Box instrument also reduces the Insanity of those around you if you have the Aeolian skill.
