About Silk Runner Spiders are unique Creatures to the Greenwood Biome. Silk Runners are generally passive unless provoked by attack, or, very rarely, when picking up an Abandoned Cobweb a Silk Runner Spider will jump out and attack you. NOTE: Silk Runners will sink if killed over Shallow Water. Fighting Silk Runner Spider have 2 attack move: Bite - a quick bite that deal 4 blood damage. Shooting Net - Silk Runner Spider can shoot up to 3 silk nets that ensnare the player for few seconds. NOTE: You can slot Artifacts into your clothes to increase your attack power or defense to make the hunt more easily, for more information, see Artifact. Resources A Silk Runner, once killed, can be picked up and stored in your Inventory as a Dead Silk Runner. When picking up a Dead Silk Runner there is a chance to receive a Bug in a Blanket. You can't butchering Dead Silk Runner, you have to boiling them in Any Pot instead. Boiling a Dead Silk Runner will yield: Tuft of Spider Silk x 1 or rarely: Spider Egg Sacs x 1
