AboutSilk Runner Spiders are unique Creatures to the Greenwood Biome. Silk Runners are generally passive unless provoked by attack, or, very rarely, when picking up an Abandoned Cobweb a Silk Runner Spider will jump out and attack you. NOTE: Silk Runners will sink if killed over Shallow Water. FightingSilk Runner Spider have 2 attack move:

ResourcesA Silk Runner, once killed, can be picked up and stored in your Inventory as a Dead Silk Runner. When picking up a Dead Silk Runner there is a chance to receive a Bug in a Blanket. Right-clicking and selecting Release on a Bug in a Blanket will give you an Abandoned Cobweb and a Beetle, or a rarely a Ladybug, or Giant Willow Aphid.
