Oatmeal can be made using player build Windmills or you can use the Windmills in Boston. Enter the building, right-click on the gear and select Craft -> Processing & Materials -> Mill Flour. File:Example.jpg
One inventory slot can hold up to 0.50 kg of oatmeal.
One Ear of Oats produces a total of about 2.0 kg oatmeal
