Picking Any Plant icon.png Any Plant from the wild with any Madness levels risks levels risks gaining a pair of Itchy Britches icon.png Itchy Britches which will automatically unequip ALL your items to your inventory and attach itself to your Pants slot and cause you to Itch until they are unequipped. To be able to unequip Itchy Britches you must endure 3 to 4x episodes of Itching first. For each episode you must right-click your character and select "Resist Itching". If you fail to resit the Itch you will Itch yourself which will cause you to Bleed icon.png Bleed.
