Hinchliffe Scissors allow you to remove slotted artifacts from clothing. In order to remove and receive said Artifacts, you need to turn the clothing of choice into rags.
Be warned, its only a chance of getting your artifacts back, scissors work on how Keen the scissors are, the store bought ones are 70 Keen, and they do not wear out.
