After each Gluttony Session, you will have a Full and Fed Up debuff. File:FnFU.png

While you are Full and Fed Up, you cannot consume food in Gluttony Mode. Each food you eat while in Gluttony Mode will add to your Full and Fed Up debuff timer.

When you hover over a food, you will see information about what effects Gluttonying the food will have, one of which is 'Full and Fed Up for' followed by a time. Food may add as little as one minute to the timer or as much as six hours.

When you hover over the debuff, you will be told how much longer you are Full and Fed Up for. When that timer runs out, the debuff will disappear and you will be able to Gluttony again.

There is also a number in the corner of the debuff. It represents the total number of 'session points' you received during that session. They are not the same as the number of humors you acquired and are only for use in the Gluttony Leaderboard run by NPC Jordan Gramsey. Session points are calculated in the following way: If you have 10 Blood and increase that to 11, you will receive 11 session points. If you then increase Black Bile from 10 to 11, you will receive 11 more points for a total of 22. Increasing Black Bile again to 12 will give you total session points of 34 and so on.

Gluttony is also used to reduce the Quaffed & Quenched debuff.
