A Executioner's Whip can be obtained by chance from the Store bought 
Mystery Box.
The Executioner's Whip is used to punish criminals in the Stocks. Unlike the Wild Whip it can be used twice per criminal and doesn't wear out. Whipping a criminal in the stocks will deal permanent damage to their Humours.
