About
An Executioner's Whip can be obtained by chance from the Store bought 
Mystery Weapon Chest.
The Executioner's Whip is used to punish criminals in the Stocks. Unlike the Wild Whip it can be used twice per criminal and doesn't wear out. Whipping a criminal in the stocks will deal permanent damage to their Humours.
An Executioner's Whip be carried in either a 
Journeyman Toolbelt, 
Novice Toolbelt, or the 
Master Toolbelt, additionally it can be stored in a 
Wooden Toolbox.
