Craving

Cravings are periodic desires to Eat a specific item of Food. If you Eat this same item you will gain 1 point to each Humour. If you instead in an item in the same Food Group as your Food Craving you will gain 1 point to a random Humour. Once you have satisfied your Craving by Eating that Food item or another in the same Food Group, your Craving will disappear. As pilgrims' Humours grown they will find that their palette will begin to diversify - the difficulty it may be to procure some of their Cravings will increase - and the time it takes to get another Craving will become longer. The length of time between Cravings is equal to your highest Humour in minutes, so if your higher Humour is 1440 you will have to wait 24 hours between Cravings. You MUST right-click on the Food and select "Eat" in order to satisfy a Craving. Eating the item during a Gluttony session will NOT satisfy your Craving.
