To make  Cottonseed Oil, with the  Seeds of Cotton placed inside, right-click the  Press and select "Press". To extract the Oil, select a Storage Vessel and right-click it on the Press. Cottonseed Oil is made at a rate of 1 liters per 10x Seeds. Cottonseed Oil counts  Vegetable Oil in recipes.
