Left-click a Vessel of Potable Water in your inventory and right-click it on a Bar of Bubbly Soap to receive a Cloud of Lather. This can be done 4 times before the Bar of Bubbly Soap is fully consumed. Each time you do this there is a chance to receive a Rainbow Soap Bubble instead.

Bar of Bubbly Soap can no longer be sold at the Vendor Stalls if you have used it to make any Cloud of Lather.
