Left click bucket of water and right click on the soap to receive cloud of lather. After doing so 4 times the bar of soap is consumed. There is a random chance that you will instead get a Rainbow Soap Bubble.

Soap can no longer be sold at Vendor Stalls if you made lathers, you have to either sell the soap OR make the lathers.
