Tea Leaves can be purchased from the Stalls in Providence for 5 Silver Pieces, or plucked from a Tea Bush. Place them in a Drying Frame to dry. After an hour they will first turn into Yellow Tea Leaves, but leave them in for a few minutes more and they will become Black Tea Leaves.
